Subscriptions and billing
How do I cancel my subscription?
All Numbat Math subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID, so cancellations happen in the iOS Settings app, not inside Numbat Math.
- On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings.
- Tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions.
- Select Numbat Math and tap Cancel Subscription.
You'll keep access through the end of the current billing period. The Summer Pass is a one-time purchase, not a subscription — there's nothing to cancel.
How do I restore purchases on a new device?
Sign in to Numbat Math on the new device with the same parent email you used before, then open the paywall and tap Restore purchases at the bottom. You can also do this from Settings → Subscription → Restore purchases inside the app.
I was charged but the app thinks I'm still on the free tier.
Tap Restore purchases (see above) — most cases resolve immediately. If it doesn't, email us with the date of the charge and we'll sort it out.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds for purchases through the App Store are handled by Apple, not by us. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the Numbat Math purchase, and request a refund. If Apple declines and you believe you have a legitimate refund case, email us and we'll write a supporting note.

What grades does Numbat Math cover?
Grades 3, 4, and 5. The question bank is aligned with Common Core math standards for these grades. We may add more grades in future updates.
How is my child's data protected?
We only collect what's necessary to run the practice loop: the parent's email (for sign-in), the child's first name and grade (for personalization), and the child's practice answers (so our adaptive engine knows what to focus on). We do not sell data, we do not show ads, and we do not use third-party trackers. Full details in our privacy policy.
How do I delete my account?
Inside the app: Settings → Danger Zone → Delete account. This permanently removes your account, every child profile on it, and every practice record. The deletion cannot be undone.
My child got a wrong answer that I think is actually right.
Email us with a screenshot or describe the question. Every question is human-reviewed, but mistakes happen — if we find one, we fix it for everyone immediately.
